Open without forcing
Set the box flat, release each latch one at a time, then lift the lid evenly.
Wash after every use
Separate removable pieces and wash promptly. Place the lid on the top rack when using a dishwasher.
Dry it completely
Let every part air-dry before reassembling or storing. Leave the lid open until fully dry.
Close lid, then latch
Align and press the lid into place before locking the latches. This protects the seal and hinges.

Yes. Your lunch box includes an automatic one-year replacement warranty from the Amazon purchase date. No registration is required; keep your Amazon order ID.
What do I need to start a support request?+
Your name, email, Amazon order ID, and a short description of the issue. If a replacement is approved, our team will then ask for your current US shipping address.
Can stainless steel go in the microwave?+
No. Never place the lunch box or any stainless steel part in a microwave.
How do I help prevent odors?+
Wash after use, clean around the seal and corners, and allow every piece to dry fully before closing the box for storage.
My lunch box is not closing easily. What should I do?+
Check that the tray, seal, and lid are aligned. Press the lid fully into position before closing each latch, and never force a latch against a raised lid.
